- Managing the leads in the CRM tool
- Follow up emails with prospects
- Help with proposals (publisher site's selection)
- Research on potential advertiser or agency clients, for effective proposals/pitch & to find key contacts from the same company
- Interacting with the Lead contacts on Social Platforms like LinkedIn, Skype and Hangouts to convert them into prospects
- Reply to the simple client queries and keep the account manager in loop
- Follow up for payment and other posts execution related activities
- Searching any additional Client related details like contact number,alternate email ids etc
- Maintaining the client calls tracker and scheduling the calls/Fup calls.
- Minimum 6 Months Experience
- Understanding of Digital Marketing
- Excellent Communication Skills
